Democracy will not let the ball go down, Chief Justice

The Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar says that the judiciary is free and I promise that democracy will never be allowed to get rid of the ball.

During the meeting of the court policy committee, the Chief Justice said, 'Forget that there is no conspiracy here, the protection of the constitution is our responsibility. Insha Allah will not take any initiative. And will not leave any judiciary for honor and justice.

The Chief Justice said, 'It was said that we have disputed the federal government, but because of the federal government it does not know how we are Paralyzed.'

Along with that, he said that nobody could stop the development of the country if a great leader and great justice came to the country.

While addressing the judges during the meeting, the Chief Justice said, 'There should be no obstacle to giving justice, I want to be targeted and motivated.'

The Chief Justice said that on the Day of Judgment an Adil Qazi will be rewarded by the mercy of Allah, this is a great jurisdiction, so do not think of your duty as a duty and pay it as obligatory.

Justice Saqib Nisar said that the cases are coming in which one decisions have been written after one year, I am tired and say, give a decision in a month.

Along with addressing the judges, he said, 'For a year, give your time to the nation and see one year later what has changed.'

He said that 'to bring the big crocodile to the law, to do justice to God for doing justice, if the judiciary does not show performance, the state will fight.'
